Privacy when you email us

We use your email address, message and mail metadata to handle your beta request or support enquiry and, if eligible, arrange test access. Our basis is the legitimate interest in answering your request and managing the test. Email is optional; without a way to contact you, we cannot arrange an invitation. Requests are not used for marketing.

Email is handled in Gmail and may be copied to private administration records and reviewed by local automated tools. Limited, redacted excerpts and suggested replies may appear in the developer’s private WhatsApp admin chat. These tools can make mistakes; test access is checked separately. If you later request Play access, we also keep the necessary account address, track and access evidence. A request or invitation does not prove installation or opt-in.

Our retention policy is to remove identifiable records from the publisher’s active support records within 90 days of closure, and the publisher’s test-access records within 90 days after the test ends, unless a documented legal or security reason requires longer. Google controls its separate Play records. Deletion is a manual publisher task; provider recovery copies, WhatsApp history and backups require separate handling. Local review previews are cleared after seven days; this does not delete the original email or delivered chat copies.

Cloudflare hosts this page; Google and email providers handle correspondence; Meta operates WhatsApp. They may process data outside the EEA. Their notices describe processing locations and applicable transfer safeguards; contact us for information about recipients and safeguards. The inbox is a standard Gmail account; no paid Workspace service or separate business processing agreement is represented. No form, analytics script or tracking pixel is added to this page.

Where applicable, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and object to processing by emailing us. You may also complain to the Dutch data protection authority or your local authority. Please do not send passwords, identity documents or sensitive images.
